| 摘 要： | 通过对茼蒿幼苗的连续切片观察，对茼蒿根、茎过渡以及维管组织的一系列变化有了一定的认识。一方面证实了子叶区的客观存在，另一方面也为菊科植物的起源和演化及各属之间的关系积累了新的资料。

| Abstract: | By the continual observation on the cut section of crowndaisy chrysanthemum seedling,the transition of root and stem and a series of changing of vascular bundle have been recogrized. On the one hand,it is proved that the cotyledon joint region is abjective reality;on the other hand,the new data have been acumulated for the studies on the origin and evolution of the composite family and the relationships between genera. |
