大学生思想教育工作中的素质思考

随着高校思想政治教育工作的不断加强,辅导员队伍越来越年轻,＂80后＂成了主力军。面对＂90后＂的大学生群体,怎样有效地开展高校学生管理工作成为不断探索的新课题。本文就大学生和辅导员两个群体个性化素质特征进行了对比分析,并探讨了如何更加有效地开展高校思想政治教育工作。

Thinking on the Qualities in Ideological Education Work of College Students

With strengthening of the students＇ ideological work and the team of tutors becomes younger,and the post-80s has become the main forces. In face of the group of post-90s students,how to carry out the management work effectively in universities has become a new subject. In the paper,we have done some comparative analysis on the quality features and individualities of the two groups in order to further probe into the ways and means to do the ideological work well.
