| 摘 要： | 以合理利用、科学管理和经营土地为目的的土地资源评价,按照经济-社会-生态效益相结合、综合性和差异性相结合、针对性和限制性相结合、科学性与可操作性相结合、定量与定性相结合、层次清楚与体系完整等原则,采用等级法、参数法和综合法等不同的评价方法进行土地资源评价,能够更加准确地反映土地资源状况,为土地资源的可持续利用提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Land resources evaluation,which aimed reasonable utility and scientific management,complies with the principals of combinations of economic-social-ecological benefits,integration and difference,pertinence and limit,scientificity and maneuverability,quantity and quality,arrangement clearly and system integrity.Take the methods such as rank,parameter and integration,which can reflect the condition of soil resource more accurate and provide scientific base for sustainable use. |
