| 摘 要： | 在新闻的社会控制手段中,法律控制是重要的一环。从封建社会到资本主义社会,新闻法规日趋文明、完善。社会的主流价值体系直接作用于法律的指导思想,进而作用于法律的内容。从西方封建时期的新闻立法与资本主义时期的新闻立法之间的历史继承与更替,可以透视出新闻立法的发展与进步。

| Abstract: | In the social control means of the media,the law control is an important wreath.From feudalistic society to capitalism society,the media laws are gradually civilized and perfect.The social essential thoughts system influenced the directive thought of the media lawmaking,and then the content.We could grasp the development and advancement of media lawmaking from the process that the media law's inheriting and transformation between feudalistic society and capitalism society. |
