| 摘 要： | 产业集群理论已成为当代世界经济发展的重要主题,其具有区域性、植根性、创新性、网络化、学习化、专业化、柔性化等特征。产业集群与全球化、产业发展、产业园区、产业集群系统、区域经济发展、可持续发展等的关系是产业集群理论需进一步思考的内容。目前,国内产业集群的实践主要面临产业集群升级、开发区"二次创业"和东北老工业基地振兴中如何实施产业集群战略等问题。

| Abstract: | Industrial claster theory has become an important subject of current economic development in the world.It characterized by regionality,location,innovation,networking,study-oriented,specialization and flexibility,etc.The relationship between industrial claster and globalization,industrial development,industrial parks,industrial claster system,regional economic development,sustainable development etc is the content must be further thought.At present,the practice of domestic industrial claster is facing the problem of updatating industrial cluster,second undertaking in development zone and how to implement the industrial claster strategy in the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China. |
