| Abstract: | The provisions of relatives’right of immunity from giving testimony in the second draft amendments to the criminal procedure law are not only the results of drawing lessons from Western laws,but also the inheritance for the essence of Chinese legal culture.It indicates that Chinese evidence system is close to the standards of international convention. |
