| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查法,对普通高校大学生在体育普修课考试过程中的心理紧张状态进行了研究,结果发现大多数大学生在体育普修课考试过程中都存在着心理紧张现象."不擅长考试内容,担心考试不及格"是学生紧张的主要原因.笔者试图从"澳革体育课评价体系"和"改革体育课程设置"两个方面来改善这种现状.

| Abstract: | Through the questionnaire investigation, this paper made a study on the psychological nervousness of the college students in the exams of general courses, finding that most of the students are nervous during the exams. The main reason for this is that they are not good at the subjects, fearing that they might fail. The author is in an attempt to change the situation by reforming the grading system in the P. E. exams and the course setting. |
