| 摘 要： | 双杠慢起肩倒立是体操中非常规动作,慢起肩倒立技术既表现了倒立项目特点,又是体操动作中重心移动和平衡的关键环节。本文运用运动生物力学的分析方法,研究杠慢起肩倒立的动作过程。通过教学与实践分析其表现与原因,为教学提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Handstand by sitting with legs apart and rising shoulder slowly in parallel bars is an abnormal action of gymnastics. This technic not only shows the characteristic of handstand, but also is the key point of moving of gravity center and balance in gymnastics. This paper analyzes the motion process of handstand by sitting with legs apart and rising shoulder slowly in parallel bars by method of sport biomechanics, so as to provide basic method for teaching. |
