机械制造系列课程教学质量监控与评价体系的构建

摘    要:加强教育质量评估和监管,建立以提高教育质量为导向的管理制度和工作机制是落实"卓越工程师"培养目标的一项重要措施。本文结合吉林大学机械类本科生开设的机械制造系列课程,从建立课程的教学质量监控与评价标准和教学信息反馈系统两方面论述了如何构建院系级的系列课程教学质量监控与评价体系,并介绍了通过建立教学过程中的奖励制度来促进该体系的运行。通过教学质量监控与评价体系的运行,有效地实现了系列课程的教学质量监控,营造了良好的育人环境和学术氛围,树立了良好的教风与学风,有效提高了系列课程的教学效果。

Abstract:Enhancing monitoring and evaluation of the teaching quality,and building the teaching quality improving oriented management system and working mechanism is a significant way to achieve the "Excellent Engineer"training goal.In this paper,combining with the mechanical manufacturing series courses for the mechanical engineering related undergraduate students in Jilin University,the construction of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system of the departmental level series courses is demonstrated from the building of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation standards and the teaching information feedback system,and the award system for promoting the working of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system is illustrated.The teaching quality monitoring of the series courses is achieved,the good teaching and researching atmosphere is created,and the teaching quality of the series courses is increased by using the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system.
