| Abstract: | In this paper,some key-points concerning the development
of a hydrological information and forecast system,such as the software structure of the
system, data processing technique and database management system,design of system
functions,the reliability and stability of the system,and applications of GIS,etc.,are
studied and discussed,and the experiences of the authors in developing hydrological
information and forecast systems are introduced briefly. |
