模糊一致矩阵在多层次、多因素决策方案优选中的应用

主要是在模糊一致矩阵有关概念和运算性质的基础上，提出了多层次，多因素决策方案优选的实施方法。由于若干决策方案的优选问题往往牵涉到很多因素，因素之间通常又具有不同的层次，故本文所提出的方法比单层次的方法更具实用性。

Application of Fuzzy Consistent Matrix to Multi-level and Multi-factor Optimum Selection in Decision-making

On the basis of the concept and the operation properties of fuzzy consistent matrix,a multi-level and multi-factor optimum selection method for decision-making is established.This method is more practical than the single-level method because the optimum selection in decision-making is related to many factors,and the factors are usually at different levels.The method describes the advantages and limitations of different schemes by use of prior relation coefficient.The determination of the Membership of Fuzzy Judgement method is not necessary.This method is convenient and practical when qualitative factors are many and the determination of membership is difficult.In this paper some schemes of investment projects for water transportation are selected by means of this method,and satisfactory results have been obtained.
