| 摘 要： | 建立了关系链理论，概括了日本、韩国及中国台湾地区的农村水利管理模式，分析了小型农村水利资产的权属主体及其经济特性，运用关系链理论及物权理论分析了世界通用的农村水利管理模式的性质，提出了下一步研究的具体问题。

| Abstract: | The relation-chain theory is established. The management modes for rural water conservancy in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan of China are summarized, and the ownership of the small-scale rural water conservancy asset and its economic characteristics are analyzed. Then the relation-chain theory and the ownership theory are applied to the analysis of the nature and limitation of the world conventional management mode for rural water conservancy projects, and some problems for further discussion are put forward. |
