公路沥青层振动压实质量实时监控与评估

摘    要:为了克服传统公路沥青层压实质量控制方法的局限性,基于智能碾压(intelligent compaction,IC)技术,提出了结合振动加速度频域分析指标和单位体积压实功E的公路沥青层压实质量实时监控与快速评估方法,实现100%施工工作面压实质量的快速评估,避免了单独采用振动加速度频域分析指标评价沥青层压实质量易受路基(二灰层、水稳层)坚硬程度的影响,从而可减少压实度推算的误差,可客观地反映公路沥青层压实质量。

Abstract:In order to overcome the limitations of traditional methods, an intelligent compaction(IC)technology-based method for the real-time monitoring of compaction quality of highway asphalt pavements as well as the rapid assessment was proposed using the combined index of the frequency analysis index and the unit volume compaction power(E). It could realize the rapid assessment of compaction quality for highway asphalt layers with the 100% coverage of construction zone and effectively overcome the shortage that the value of CV0 was easily influenced by the hardness of subgrade(lime-fly ash layer and water stable layer). Accordingly, the estimated compactness error was decreased, resulting in a high detecting precision of asphalt layers compaction quality. The presented method is helpful to improve the construction quality and provides a new way to control the construction quality of highway.
