| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个以单片微机８０３１主控配料，用ＰＣ２８６微机监管系统工作状态的工业硅冶炼自动控制配料系统。配以动态图形，数据显示，使操作人员能直观地了解工作状态；有关数据都记录在案，以备管理人员查询，找出最佳原料配比，运行证明，该系统可有效地节约电能和原料、提高产品的质量和产量。

| Abstract: | he research of microcomputer application in smelting of industrial silicon automatic controlled burden system has been developed. The controller is composed of slice microcomputer 8031 controls burden. The working state of the system is monitored by PC286 microcomputer. The working process of the system is shown by graphics and data format. The operators of the system can know the state of the system. The data of system can be stored in the microcomputer and can be inquired by the manager. The best ratio of burden can be reached. Electric energy and raw material consumptions are reduced. The quality and quantity of products will be improved and increased. |
