包头市水资源-环境-经济综合管理模型的研究

在分析包头市水资源条件、供水条件、国民经济发展规划和环境等因素的基础上，通过水资源供需平衡分析、管理区划分和决策变量设置，建立了多目标和包头市水资源－环境－经济综合管理模型。模型特别强调了地下水的优化调配，管理模型中用响应矩阵法表示水位约束。运用线性目标规划的方法求解该模型。分析结果表明，优化方案具有良好的社会，经济和环境效益，可作为包头市发展规划的参考依据。

Comprehensive Management Model of Water Resources Environment Economy for Baotou City

Based on the analysis of the conditions of water resources,water supply,national economy and environment,and the analysis of water supply and water demand,the division of management area and the determination of decision variables,a multi objective comprehensive management model of water resources environment economy is established in this paper.The optimal distribution of groundwater is emphasized specially and the restraint of water table is expressed by the response matrix in the model.The model is solved by use of the linear objective programming.The analytical results indicate that the optimized scheme is of social,economic and environmental benefits and can be used as reference for development and planning of Baotou city.
