摘    要:为解决传统的刚性环算法对水轮机支持盖设计计算的不足,建立了支持盖的有限元分析模型,对在正常工况和紧急停机工况下的支持盖进行了有限元分析,指出紧急停机工况为危险工况,并计算了重量灵敏度和在紧急停机工况下的位移灵敏度,建立了支持盖的优化模型,对在紧急停机工况下的支持盖进行了优化设计,并校核其在正常工况下的强度条件、

Abstract:To overcome the shortage of the conventional rigid ring algorithm in design and calculation of supporting covers for axial-flow turbines, a finite element analysis model was developed. The finite element analysis of supporting covers was performed in normal and urgent pause cases, and it was pointed out that the urgent pause case would be very dangerous. Besides, the weight sensitivity and the displacement sensitivity in the urgent pause case were calculated, and an optimal model for supporting covers was established so as to carry out optimal design of supporting covers in the urgent pause case and to rectify the strength condition in the normal case. Compared with conventional design methods, the finite element analysis, sensitivity analysis and optimal design can improve the quality and precision of design.
