| 摘 要： | 本文针对水电工程建设的特点,阐明了应用模糊系统多目标决策理论进行水电工程规划设计的依据,提供了水电工程决策系统综合指标体系分层递阶结构图,建立了适用于水电工程各类项目和各种主要参数方案评价选择的综合数学模型,以及使用该模型的方法,并给出了通用软件.此外,对权重的确定与修正、单指标评价技术等问题,根据大量资料分析研究和对各种类型决策问题的实例验证,提出了新的方法.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the fuzzy multilateral goal decision is applied to water conservancy project. A new sythetic mathematical model is presented and its application is set forth, and the general software is given. Some new results is introduced, such as the method of establishing the weight and amending the weight and the evalation of the single index. |
