| 摘 要： | 阐述了影子价格的意义及其应用方法；按可持续发展的观点，分析资源价值的内涵，提出资源投入物可持续发展外部成本的概念，探讨建设项目国民经济评价采用的资源投入物计算价格，表明该计算价格中与可持续发展外部成本相应的价格组成部分可通过补偿价格确定。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the meaning
of the shadow price and its application are illustrated. The nature of the value of
resources is studied from the viewpoint of sustainable development. The concept of
sustainable development external cost of the goods of resources is introduced. The
calculated price of the goods of resources for project economic analysis is dealt with
from resources compensation viewpoint,and the compensation-price can be used for
determining the component of the calculated price corresponding to sustainable development
external cost of the goods of resources. |
