基于交易成本理论的港口物流联盟模式分析

摘    要:运用威廉姆森的交易成本理论,从资产专用性、不确定性和交易频率这3个交易维度角度研究了港口物流交易模式和形成机理,并构建了港口物流战略联盟的利润分配机制模型,得出了各方理论利润收入.结果表明:战略联盟这一中间组织形式是港口物流交易中最合适的治理结构;港口物流联盟各成员除了获得各自联盟前的利润数额以外,还在溢出利润的基础上按比例获得了应有的补偿.

Abstract:Based on Williamson's transaction cost theory,the transactional mode of port logistics and the mechanism of its formation were studied from three aspects of transaction,i.e.asset specificity,asset indeterminacy,and frequency of transaction.A profit sharing model for strategic alliance of port logistic industry was constructed,and the theoretic profit of each partner was obtained. The result of study shows that the strategic alliance is the most suitable intermediate management structure for the transaction of port logistics,and that each partner of the alliance can obtain not only the profit without the alliance but also proportional compensation based on the premium profit,demonstrating the reasonability of the port logistic alliance.
