碾压混凝土坝的温度应力

摘    要:对碾压混凝土坝施工期非稳定温度场和应力场进行仿真分析,对空间域用有限单元法离散,在时间域用有限差分法计算,分析与计算中,考虑混凝土徐变对温度应力的影响,一典型工程的计算结果表明:环境温度对碾压混凝土坝的最高温升有明显影响,大体积混凝土结构的温度下降到年平均温度需要一个很长的时间过程,混凝土表面的早期裂缝通常在后期闭合,而内部裂缝往往在施工结束几年后发生。因此,混凝土坝后期温度应力是温控设计必须考虑

Abstract:two-dimensional finite element model is used for simulating the construction process of the RCC dam and the initial strain nietliod is applied for calculating the tenlperature creep stress. The temperature field and temperature induced stress analyses were performed with persotial microcomputer. This program simulates the lift-by-lift construction of the dam. The results of analysis indicate that the ambient temperature has a great effect on the maximum temperature in the RCC dam,the temperature of t11e inner core of the dam wilI tend towards the mean annual temperature and this proceess will take many years.The cracks in the upstream surface which happened during the period of construction will close and cracks will happen at the bottom of the dam years after the completion of construction. The temperature stress in the dam during operation period is a very important factor which must be considered in the design of temperature control.
