| Abstract: | The harmonic motion of elastic structures and the diffraction of elastic waves have been analyzed in the paper by the Boundary Element Method . A simple calculation method is suggested in the paper for the singular integral containing the fundamental solution to the dynamic problem and the dynamic stress concentration around a hole in the infinite region is calculated by the BEM. for the diffraction of elastic waves. Examples show that the method is reliable and efficient. |
