| 摘 要： | 运用线性规划基本原理,考虑行业结构调整、苏南和苏北科技投入结构、研究与开发人员、研究与开发经费结构以及技术经济等方面的约束,构建了江苏省工业科技地域行业"八五"规划模型.模型求解结果表明,在全省研究与开发总投入资金基本不变的前提下,工业利税总额可提高5.82%.根据模型求解结果,提出四条对策建议.

A Linear Programming Model for Industrial Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province |

| Abstract: | A linear programming model for industrial science and technology of Jiangsu Province is established in this paper using the principle of linear programming. The model includes constriants of industrial structure, scientific and technologial structure, and scientific and technologial mechanism. Computations show the validity of the model in the planning of industrial science and technology. 4 strategies for the planning of industrial science and technolog are proposed in this paper. |
