| 摘 要： | 研制水库工程管理信息系统是实现水库工程管理自动化的一个重要组成部分.本文应用计算机管理技术—数据库dBASE,结合密云水库工程,分析了水库工程管理信息系统的基本特征,阐明水库工程管理信息系统设计的基本原理和实施方法,提出了该系统的概念模型,描述了该系统的数据库文件与结构化程序设计的新技术.本系统采用人机对话,汉字提示等方式,具有使用简单方便,可扩性强等优点,可以作为对水库工程管理信息系统作进一步规范化的基础.

| Abstract: | The management information system of reservoir engineering (REMIS) is an important part of the automation of reservoir engineering management. This paper, appling the computer management technique, i. e. Database management system, dBASE to Miyuan Reservoir in Beijing, analyses the characteristics of REMIS and explains the principles and its implementation in terms of the design of REMIS. This paper also gives a conceptual model of the system and corresponding database files and programs. This system works on the basis of men-computer communication and provides Chinese characters hint. Therefore, it is easy to handle, its application can be extended, and it can be used as a basis for standardizing the REMIS. |
