摘    要:本文运用大系统分解一协调方法建立了灌区优化灌溉制皮及地而水、地下水联合运用的谱系模型,模型中第一层子系统优化采用动态规划方法确定各种作物的灌水定额、灌水时问及次数;第二层平衡协调模型,通过线性规划方法确定了各时段地面水引水量、地下水抽水量及最优种植模式,以求达到灌区年净效益最大的目标.最后针对内蒙古河套灌区永联试区的具体情况运用本模型加以计算,取得了较为满意的结果.

Abstract:Based upon the decomposition principle of large scale system theory , this paper presents a model of two-tier pedigree for the optimum management of irrigation systems with DP method, the subsystem model determines the optimum irrigation scheme for each crop. The method of LP is used for conjunctive use of ground and surface water resources and the optimum proportion of crops in the equilibrium model. Finally, the application in the Inner Mongolia Autonmous Region shows that the model is realistic and reliable.
