双向贯流泵导叶设置与原动机布置的研究

摘    要:根据双向贯流泵具有在正、反向工作时效率都不能太低,而导叶布置的位置,导叶进、出口安放角和叶栅稠密度等因素对泵出流流态变化产生影响,进而影响到泵的效率的提高这样一些特点,通过单、双向贯流泵性能试验的对比分析,得出了“S”形双向惯流泵设置后导叶能显著提高泵的效率以及原动机布置在进水侧较为有利的结论。

Abstract:In bidirectional tubular axial flow pump systems, the work efficiency is not allowed to be very low under either positive or negative operation conditions; the positions and setting angles of guide blades at inlets and outlets and the blade density may affect the flow pattern from pumps, and then affect the improvement of pump efficiency. A comparison between the test performances of monodirectional and bidirectional tubular axial flow pumps shows that the S like arrangement of bidirectional pumps may largely improve the pump efficiency, and that the arrangement of prime motor at the inflow side is favorable.
