大中型水利枢纽最大可承受运行费用分析

根据市场经济条件下水利工程资产要实现保值，增值运行和实现滚动开发的目标，提出重视、加强水利工程资金运作的思路，提出拟建或在建在吕型水利纽运行期最大可承受运行费用的计算方法，并给出出大型工程分析应用的实例。研究的结果将为大中型水利枢纽的运行管理提供科学的决策依据。

An Analysis of the Maximum Operational Expenditures for Large and Medium Key Hydroprojects

This paper is to provide a train of thought for analyzing capital operation on the basis of market oriented concerns which guarantee efficient operation and development of hydroprojects,to illustrate the calculation of the maximum operational expenditures( u max t ) for large and medium hydroprojects in blueprint and/or under construction,and to provide case studies for large hudroprojects.This research provides a scientific and technological basis for policy making of large and medium hydroprojects.
