选矿厂磨机的效能管理问题

摘    要:分析了某选矿厂磨机利用系数较低的原因,提出了增加磨机给矿粒度合格率,提高磨机的充填率和选择合适的最大球径,优化二次磨矿作业,提高磨矿自动控制的水平等改善磨机利用系数的措施。磨机利用系数的提高会使磨机工作效率相应提高,进而提高选厂处理原矿能力,并带来较大的经济效益。

Abstract:The reasons of lower mill utilization coefficient are analyzed at one concentrator. The countermea- sures of improving the mill utilization coefficient are as follows: increasing the feeding ore passing rate and mill filling rate, choosing the best maximal ball diameter, optimizing the secondary grinding operation, and increasing the level of automation. It will increase the mill capacity correspondingly, thereby increase the pro- cessing capacity of concentrator and bring greater economic benefits.
