| 摘 要： | 针对不同地区实际情况和就业形势,建立了吸纳就业能力的评价指标体系,运用因子分析和聚类分析方法,对中国大陆31个省级地区吸纳就业能力进行综合评价、排名与分类,加深了对各地区吸纳就业能力差异性的明确认识。提出了有差别地进行区域化控制等增强地区吸纳就业能力的建议。
