| 摘 要： | 为提高普通高校排球选项学生运动技能水平,采用问卷调查法对辽宁科技大学的大部分排球选项学生现状进行分析,调查显示,选项学生的排球技能掌握几乎为零,基本功差,技能的学习主要集中在传垫球等基本技术上;并通过教学实验法提出,以教学比赛为中心的排球课程教学改革方案;以分队教学法、职责分工教学法、合作式教学法等具体的教学组织管理措施.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the skill level of volleyball optional students, a questionnaire survey method is used, and the results show that the students mainly concentrate on basic technology, their volleyball skills are very low.By using the teaching experiment method, a teaching reform in teaching competition as the center of the volleyball course is proposed, and three teaching methods are used for the countermeasures. |
