| 摘 要： | 针对鞍山地区政策性农业保险制度不完善问题,为更好地发挥政策性农业保险在农业生产中遭遇的各种风险事故的补偿作用,从实地调研出发,在文献研究的基础上,对鞍山地区政策性农业保险运行情况进行梳理,发现存在承保面有待拓宽、巨灾风险分散机制缺乏、政策性农业险种较少,保险公司农险业务创新不够等问题,提出了提高政策性农业保险的保障水平、因地制宜大力开发新险种、建立巨灾风险分散机制等建议.

| Abstract: | Due to the existing problems of Policy-oriented agricultural insurance in Anshan area, in order to de- velop the compensation effects in risk accidents, the running status of policy-oriented agricultural insurance in anshan area is analyzed.Some problems are found： the cover of insurance is narrow and limited, it lacks of the catastrophe risk dispersive mechanisms, the types of policy-oriented agricultural insurance are less, the insur- ance company has not enough innovations of agricultural insurance business.Finally, some suggestions are pro- posed, including improving the safeguard level of policy- oriented agricultural insurance, adjusting the mea- sures to local conditions to develop new types of insurance, and establishing the catastrophe risk dispersive mechanisms to improve the policy-related agricultural insurance system gradually. |
