摘    要:为研究翻钢机在翻转过程中悬梁臂与钢爪的应力场以及翻钢机的结构优化,利用ANSYS软件,建立了翻钢机悬臂梁及钢爪的三维模型。在结构分析中,模拟出翻钢机翻转过程中从0°到85°翻钢机梁与钢爪受力情况。结果表明:在悬梁臂与钢爪的连接处所受应力最大,在0°时翻钢机悬臂梁及钢爪连接处所受最大应力为229 MPa,85°时为1.86 MPa,均满足弹性要求;优化了翻钢机模型,悬臂梁与钢爪连接处的直角用倒角代替,梁下方用具有斜度的面代替直面,减少用料,优化后的模型依然满足弹性要求。

Abstract:In order to research the stress distribution of the cantilever beam and the steel claws and structure op-timization of tilting gear,the 3D model of which is established by ANSYS software. In the structure analysis, the force of the cantilever beam and the steel claws during 0° to 85° switching process is simulated. The results show that the largest stress is in the joint between the cantilever beam and the steel claws. The most stress is 229 MPa at 0° and 1.86 MPa at 85° which are all in the reasonable elastic range. In optimization,the joint be-tween the cantilever beam and the steel claws is replaced by chamfer,and the flat surface below the beam is re-placed by the slope surface which could reduce the materials. The optimized model is in the reasonable elastic range.
