纳米ZnO粉体的制备

摘    要:以ZnCl2为原料,以HN4OH为沉淀剂,采用液相沉淀法,制备出纳米级ZnO粉体.制得的纳米粉体粒径30nm左右,粒径分窄、分散性较好.在摩尔浓度变化的情况下,探讨了制备纳米级ZnO粉体的条件.

Preparation of Nanometer Powders Zinc Oxide
Abstract:Using ZiC12 as the raw material, and ammonia water as theprecipitation reagent, the nanometer powders ZnO is given by the method of liquid-phrase precipitation. The powders diameter of the nano-particle are about 30 nm, they have a narrow distribution of diameter of the nano-particle and a good dispersing property. The conditons of preparation of nanometer powders ZnO were discussed by the comparison of the change of the molarity.
