摘    要:可制造性评价是实现产品并行设计的重要手段。本文介绍了一个面向对象的可制造性评价系统,提出了基于优化工艺设计的可制造性评价策略,将优化工艺设计转化为一个目标规划问题。在此基础上,讨论了基于约束检验的可制造性评价内容和提出了结构工艺性评价和加工可行性评价的分层评价树;研究了可制造性评价系统的信息需求及信息建模,系统知识组成及面向对象的知识表达。最后介绍了基于面向对象技术的系统实现过程和体系结构。

Abstract:Manufacturability evaluation is an important way to implement concurrent product design. This paper presents a manufacturability evaluation system. First, a strategy for manufacturability evaluation is proposed for the optimization of process planning. The strategy translates the optimization of process planning into a goal progamming problem. On this basis, the content of manufacturability evaluation based on boundary checking is discussed and the layered evaluation tree of part configuration and machinability is proposed. Then, the information requirement, information modelling, knowledge structure and object oriented knowledge representation of the evaluation system are researched. Finally, the object oriented technology based system architecture and its implementation are shown.
