摘    要:为解决已有模型难以指导应用的不足,建立了分析顺、逆流水—空气处理系统全热交换性能的模型。藉此模型,分析了各因素对水—空气处理系统全热交换性能及出口参数的影响,从理论上推出了该类系统的全热交换效率公式的形式,并计算了顺流和逆流式空气冷却干燥过程的全热交换效率,所得结果与实验结果误差在7% 以内。该模型是分析空调领域中各类顺、逆流喷水式空气处理过程全热交换性能的较通用模型,对该类系统的设计、调试、性能分析与模拟有一定的帮助。

Abstract:A theoretical model of analyzing the characteristics of overall heat transfer of air handling unit by using spraying water is presented, which overcomes some shortcomings of the model available in the literatures. Based upon it, the influence of various factors on the characteristics of such system is analyzed. The formulas of overall heat exchange efficiency derived by the model are with the same type of empirical correlation. The overall heat exchange efficiencies of the processes of cooling and dehumidifying of air by using parallel and counter flow systems are calculated. The error between experimental results and calculated results is less than 7%. The model together with the analysis is helpful to the design, adjusting, simulation and analysis of the performance of such systems.
