摘    要:为解决配电网的单相接地故障定位问题 ,提出一种新的单端测距算法。该方法基于频谱分析的原理和线路的分布参数模型 ,建立配电网络的传递函数 ,从单端施加激励信号 ,由传递函数的频谱特性构造判据进行故障定位。理论推导和计算机仿真计算表明 ,根据各分支端口传递函数频谱的频率、相位和波形特征可以有效实现配电网的接地故障定位并测距。由于该方法不受负载参数变化的影响 ,测量方便 ,克服了以往单端测距算法的缺陷 ,因此有很好的应用前景

Abstract:A novel fault location algorithm using data from one terminal is proposed to locate line to ground faults in power distribution networks. The algorithm is based on transfer functions and frequency spectrum analysis, using the response of the applied impulse in the frequency domain to construct criteria for the fault location. Computer simulation indicates that the algorithm is effective not only for single transmission lines but for distribution networks with offset lines. Analysis of the characteristics of the frequency, phase and shape of the transfer function spectrum accurately locates the ground. Compared with other fault location algorithms in the literature, this algorithm can be conveniently applied for fault location in power distribution networks because it is insensitive to load changes load and requires measurements in only one location.
