电除尘器宽间距效应的模拟与分析

摘    要:宽间距电除尘器近10年来得到了迅速的发展和广泛的应用。作者利用有关实验结果,对原电除尘器数学模型中关于返流损失校正部分的计算进行了修正。利用修正后的模型,在极间平均场强一定的情况下,对板间距增大(300~600 mm)时除尘效率,电场特性、粉尘驱进速度、空间电荷密度以及粉尘荷电性能等的变化情况进行了较全面的分析。在平均板电流密度一定的情况下,分析了大直径电晕极与宽间距配置下的场强变化情况

Abstract:Electrostatic precipitators with wide spacing are rapidly developed and widely used in recent years. According to some experimental results, this paper suggests a factor K (K = 300/plate spacing) to modify the correcting calculation of particle reentrainment effect for the electrostatic precipitator mathematical model. Using the modified model, the variations of several important parameters, including collection efficiency, electric field strength distribution, migration velocity, space charge density and particle charging, are analyzed on condition that the average field strength is constant and the plate spacing increases from 300 mm to 600 mm. Also, the variations of the electric field strength for the geometry of large diameter corona wire and wide spacing are analyzed on condition that the average current density on plate is constant.
