电控泵-管-阀-嘴燃油喷射系统的研究与开发

摘    要:燃油喷射系统的柔性控制是现代柴油机发展的必然趋势,电子控制的燃油喷射系统是实现燃油喷射过程柔性控制的有效手段。电控泵-管-阀-嘴燃油喷射系统是在综合各种电控燃油喷射系统特点的基础上形成的对机械式泵-管-嘴系统实现电子控制的新型系统。该文分析了电控泵-管-阀-嘴燃油喷射系统的构成和工作原理,设计和开发了满足该系统工作要求的控制装置,通过试验验证了电控喷射系统工作的可行性,还研究了一些结构和调整参数对系统性能的影响,试验结果表明该新型电控喷射系统具有较好的综合控制性能。

Abstract:The flexible control of fuel injection systems is the inexorable trend in modern diesel engines and the effective means to achieve it is electronic control. Based on synthesizing the characteristics of different systems, a new electronically controlled pump pipe valve injector fuel injection system has been presented in this paper. The constitution and operating principle of the system are described. The electronic control devices, which can meet the demands of the system, are developed. This electronic control system is proved to be feasible and has good control characteristics for fuel injection process by experiments. The influence of some structural and adjustable parameters on control characteristics is also reported.
