摘    要:为提高计算机辅助工艺设计 (CAPP)系统的集成化、实用性和适用性 ,设计了一种基于组件重构的 CAPP框架工具系统。在分析了 CAPP系统研究和应用现状 ,讨论了CAPP工具系统的主要类型及系统特点的基础上 ,提出了基于组件重构的工具系统设计方法 ,并采用基元化理论 ,设计了以功能模块为工具组件构成的组件库。工具组件以软插件的方式 ,根据各种制造环境 ,即插即用地集成于工具系统中。通过对工具组件的重配置和工具组件库的重构 ,实现了适用于特定制造资源的实例化 CAPP集成框架工具系统

Abstract:The integration degree, the practicatity and the applicability of computer aided process planning (CAPP) systems were improved by developping a component reconstruction based CAPP frame tool system. Analysis of current CAPP research and applications was used to discuss the primary classification and characteristics of CAPP systems. A design methodology was proposed for a CAPP frame tool system based on component reconstruction. The theory of basic singularism was applied to the design of frame tool components corresponding to different functional modules of a CAPP system. A tool components library was constructed with various tool components. For different manufacturing environments, the various tool components were integrated into a whole CAPP system using the plug and play technique. The CAPP frame tool system for different manufacturing resources was then achieved by tool component reconfiguration and tool component library reconstruction.
