摘    要:介绍了在工业用硬支承动平衡机中利用计算机代替传统的电气箱作为测量和解算装置的方法。通过对振动信号整周期采样提高测量精度.运用时域中正、余弦相关技术对离散采样数据进行数字化处理,获得动平衡信号中同频量准确的幅、相信息。为保证解算精度,文中采用一种新方法对硬支承动平衡机进行标定。所研制的样机具有令人满意的平衡效果。

Abstract:This paper presents an approach of vibration measurement and analysis by incorporating a microcomputer system in industrial rigid support dynamic balance machine. Measurement accuracy is improved by taking samples from vibration signal in whole number cycle. Precise information of amplitude and phase of vibration signal related to unbalance is obtained by making digital processing for discrete sampled data with sine-cosine correlation in time-domain. In order to ensure higher accuracy, a new method is used in this paper. The prototype machine developed gives satisfactory balance results.
