摘    要:为了研究煤焦比表面积在化学动力控制区燃烧过程中的变化,提出了一种基于等转化率法对煤焦热重分析(TGA)数据进行分析的算法。运用该算法计算出了产地为超化、陕西、大同、洛阳、鹤壁、Adaro这6种煤焦比表面积随转化率的变化趋势,且将鹤壁、陕西、Adaro这3种煤焦比表面积随转化率的变化的计算结果与实验结果进行了比较。结果表明:所提出的算法是有效可行的,该算法优点在于不需要复杂的实验设备和操作,仅对TGA数据进行分析便可获得煤焦比表面积的变化规律。该算法对于深入理解煤焦燃烧过程的机理、指导工程实践有重要的意义。

Abstract:The specific surface area changes of chars in the chemical reaction regime are predicted using the iso-conversion method.This algorithm was adopted to calculate the specific surface areas of Chaohua,Shanxi,Datong,Luoyang,Hebi,Adaro char during char conversion.The results for Hebi char,Shanxi char,and Adaro char compare well with experimental results to show that the algorithm is effective and accurate.The advantage of this algorithm is that the specific area changes during char conversion can be obtained using only experimental thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA) data.The algorithm enables further understanding of the char combustion mechanism to guide engineering practice.
