润滑条件下船闸材料的耐磨性研究

摘    要:采用销盘试验机在水润滑和锂基脂+3%MoS2润滑条件下对17种方法处理的材料进行了对比试验。结果发现,被测试材料的磨损机理在水润滑条件下为犁沟、剥落和塑性涂抹3种,在锂基脂+3%MoS2润滑条件下主要是犁沟磨损。另外通过对耐磨性与硬度和磨损表面分形特征的关系进行分析,对磨损表面的分形维数和分形粗糙度参数进行计算,发现在水润滑条件下,当磨损机理为犁沟或者塑性涂抹时,材料的硬度与耐磨性有对应关系;而在剥落磨损时,耐磨性与材料的硬度无对应关系。耐磨性越好的材料,磨损表面的分维数值较大;耐磨性差的材料,磨损表面没有分形特征。

Abstract:Ping on disc tester is used to test the anti wear ability of 17 kinds of material under water lubrication and lithium grease +3% MoS 2 lubrication. Under water lubrication, the wear mechanism is ploughing, spalling and plastic deformation. Under lithium grease +3% MoS 2 lubrication, the main wear mechanism is ploughing. The relation between wear and hardness, fractal characteristic of worn surfaces are discussed. The fractal dimension and fractal roughness character of worn surface are calculated. When the mechanism is ploughing and plastic deformation under water lubrication, the material hardness and the anti wear ability have parallelism relationship. The worn surfaces of which have high anti wear ability have fractal characteristic, while those of low anti wear ability have no fractal characteristic.
