板料拉深成形工艺参数的多目标遗传算法优化

摘    要:拉深是板料冲压成形的关键工艺。拉深成形工艺参数优化是一个典型的多目标优化问题。该文在板料拉深成形数值模拟的基础上,确定了工艺参数多目标优化的待优化变量和优化目标,进而建立了优化数学模型,然后采用多目标遗传算法N SGA-II对该模型进行了优化。以某翼子板为例,采用N SGA-II算法对其拉深工艺参数进行优化,得到一组Pareto解,选择其中一组参数进行数值模拟,结果显示零件具有较好的成形性,说明该方法具有较好的优化效果。

Abstract:Drawing is a key sheet metal forming process.The sheet metal processing was optimized as a multi-objective problem using the ordinarily try-false method to solve the problem.Numerical simulations of sheet metal drawing were used to determine the optimization variables and their targets in the multi-objective optimization.A numerical model for process parameter optimization was then optimized using NSGA-II,a multi-objective genetic algorithm.As an example,the process parameters for a sheet metal section were optimized using NSGA-II.Numerical simulation of the metal forming process showed that the wing will form well and that the process is well optimized.
