多相永磁无刷直流电机凸极效应的数学模型

摘    要:考虑到多相永磁无刷电机转子磁路结构及气隙磁密波形对电机运行性能和控制策略的影响,需要建立准确的电机数学模型。该文根据永磁电机磁场的特性,推导了电磁转矩和反电势的一般表达式,建立了考虑凸极效应和气隙磁密谐波的多相永磁无刷直流电机数学模型,用有限元方法计算模型中的参数。结合一台样机进行了仿真和实验,结果表明该数学模型既准确反映了电机的性能,又可用于多相永磁无刷电机整个系统的仿真计算。

Abstract:The operating performance and control strategies of multiphase permanent magnet (PM) brushless DC (BLDC) motors vary with the rotor structure and the air gap flux density distribution. The characteristic of magnetic field in permanent magnet motor was used to analyze the electromagnetic torque and back electromagnetic force functions. A model developed for multiphase PM BLDC machines considers the saliency effects and the harmonic components of the air gap flux density. The finite element method was used to calculate the design parameters of PM machines. Simulations and experimental results show that the model accurately reflects the machine performance and can be used to analyze multiphase PM BLDC machines.
