摘    要:确保高土壤电阻率地区发变电站接地系统的安全性是电力部门关心的问题 ,将接地系统向纵深方向发展是解决高土壤电阻率地区及城区地网安全性的重要措施。采用数值计算方法分析了垂直接地极对接地系统的接地电阻、接触电压及跨步电压等的影响。分析表明 ,增设垂直接地极能有效减低接地系统的接地电阻、减小发变电站的接触电压和跨步电压、减小季节因素对地网安全性的影响。但在有限的地网面积范围内布置过多的垂直接地极时 ,垂直接地极的效果将趋于饱和。分析结果能为电力设计及运行部门提供参考。

Abstract:The safety of grounding systems for substations or power generating stations in high resistivity areas is very important in the power system, since the grounding systems need to be buried very deeply as a very important countermeasure to improve the safety of substations or power generating stations. The influences of vertical grounding electrodes on grounding resistance, step and touch voltages were analyzed numerically. The results show that the vertical grounding electrodes can effectively decrease grounding resistance, step and touch voltages of the grounding system and reduce the influence of seasonal factors on the grounding system. However, the grounding system becomes saturated as more vertical grounding electrodes are arranged in a substation with a fixed size. The analysis results provide a very useful reference for electrical engineers.
