摘    要:盘式制动器的制动尖叫是一个复杂的动力学问题。针对一个有尖叫倾向的盘式制动器,应用有限元技术和模态综合方法建立了一个闭环耦合模型,并简要分析了摩擦面的摩擦耦合与各部件联接界面的弹性耦合对耦合模型的影响。应用此模型,分析了尖叫倾向与耦合条件的关系,决定从制动器部件的模态参数入手抑制制动尖叫。通过分析系统不稳定模态的子结构模态构成,发现制动钳支架的某阶弹性模态是影响尖叫发生的关键,修改该阶模态即有可能抑制制动尖叫。

Abstract:Disc brake squeal is a complex dynamic problem. A sample disc brake with squeal tendency is studied and a coupling model is established on the basis of finite element method and modal synthesis method. The effect of frictional coupling between friction pair and elastic coupling among brake components on the coupling model is discussed in brief. Based on the coupling model, analysis is performed to find the relationship between squeal tendency and coupling conditions. It is found that one elastic mode of mounting bracket is the key factor to brake squeal through the analysis of mode composition. Modifying this mode is an accessible way to eliminate the brake squeal.
