机床结构模态分析与优化设计软件的原理及应用

摘    要:机床结构模态分析与优化设计软件MAOD使机床结构动态特性的分析及其 优化可以在微型机上完成。该软件以实际测量的激励和响应信号为输入信号。主要模块 包括:结构模态参数识别、复模态动画显示、动特性灵敏度分析、结构修改的模拟和结 构参数的优化等。文中简述了各主要功能模块的理论依据,给出了 MAOD软件应用于 框架结构和两台加工中心机床上的实例。

Abstract:The software of machine tool structure Modal Analysis and Optimal Design (MAOD) can be applied to the analysis and optimization of dynamic mechanical characteristics on a microcomputer. The inputs of the software are excitation and response signals from testing. The main modules of MAOD include identification of modal parameter, animated display of complex mode, senstivity analysis, structural modification and optimization of structural parameters, etc. The principle of the main modules is described briefly, then the examples of application of MAOD to a frame structure and two machining centers are given in this paper.
