摘    要:电磁控制旁通阀是时间控制式电控柴油喷射系统的重要组件,它的实用性开发是电控柴油喷射系统实用化所必须解决的关键技术问题。该文在系统地研究电磁控制旁通阀工作特性的基础上,研制出了一种高低压平衡式旁通阀。该阀与高速强力电磁铁及其驱动电路相配合,解决了电磁控制阀的动态响应特性、工作稳定性、动态密封及快速泄流等方面的问题,其工作性能能满足电控柴油喷射系统喷射控制的要求。采用该电磁控制阀的YC6108电控柴油机样机实现了正常运转。

Abstract:Solenoid controlled bypass valve is one of the key components in time based electronic diesel injection system. The working performance of the control valve affects the injection control characteristics of the electronic injection system. The effects of structure design, parameter adjustment, material selection, processing technology and drive circuit on the working performance of the control valve were investigated. A pressure balanced bypass valve was developed. United with the high speed multi pole solenoid valve and its drive circuit, the solenoid control valve has good characteristics in dynamic response speed, stability, dynamic sealing quality and fuel unloading. A YC6108 diesel engine equipped with this solenoid controlled bypass valve has run well on test bed.
