新型板式臭氧发生器的放电机理研究

摘    要:为了分析新型板式臭氧发生器能高效产生臭氧的原因 ,在对其结构和极不均匀电场下沿面放电的机理做了介绍后 ,通过分离变量法分析了这种电极结构下电场的分布情况 ,得到了这种电极结构产生臭氧的优点和有利于放电产生的方法 ;利用经验公式计算出最佳放电电压 ,并与实验值加以比较 ,验证了公式的正确性。分析并讨论了电极间距、介质厚度与放电电压的关系 ,为今后最佳臭氧发生器的设计提供了依据

Abstract:A new board shaped ozone generator is proposed to efficiently generate ozone. This paper introduces the generator design based on surface discharge theory in the nonuniform electric field. The electric field distribution was calculated using the separation of variable method. The analysis predicts the amount of ozone generated by the electrodes, and the ozone output can be increased. The optimal discharge voltage was calculated from the results of reasoning an experiential formula, and was verified experimentally. The effects of the distance between electrodes, the medium thickness and the discharge voltage were all analyzed to facilitate design of the optimal ozone generator.
