摘    要:为消除序列切片显微图像中的斑块状污染噪声,提出了一种三维截面图像顺序滤波的处理算法。根据斑块状污染噪声随机出现在单个层片的特点,通过数据重构,得到三维图像体数据,并针对斑块状污染噪声在不同观察方向上的形态退化,分别进行特定方向的中值滤波。算法可有效消除原始图像中的斑块状污染噪声,使图像分割和三维图像重构组织的连通关系得以保证,该算法等价于采用特殊的序列三维中值滤波器对图像进行处理。

Abstract:A filtering algorithm for 3-D images was developed to remove stain noise on sequenced image slices. Because the stain noise usually occurs randomly on each slice, its shape changes according to the viewing direction for cutting the data set. The algorithm first identifies the direction for which the stain noise appears as thin lines in the reconstructed 3-D data set. A median filter was then applied perpendicular to the interference lines on the image. The results show that the algorithm effectively removes stain noise so that the reconstructed 3-D tissue region can be properly connected and the sequenced images can be correctly segmented. Therefore, the algorithm provides sequenced 3-D median filtering to the images.
