电弧超声的频率响应特性及其谐振机理

摘    要:为探讨并建立一种频率、功率等参数可以实时调节的新型超声发生机构,选择熔化极与非熔化极电弧回路,分别施加高频连续交变信号和脉冲敲击式信号,以不同的能量传输方式成功地实现了电弧超声激发。对受激电弧的声发射信号分析表明,从音频到超声频带,电弧声发射与激励频率之间存在着线性响应和非线性响应特征。利用熔池简化模型和振动方程,解释了电弧超声谐振波群的产生机理,预测了谐振频带的可能分布。这些特性对实现功率超声“柔性控制”具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:For searching the principle of a new ultrasonic generating mechanism, the arc in the consumable and non consumable electrode circuit was submitted to the excitation with high frequent continuous alternative and chopping pulse current separately. The characteristic of linear and nonlinear responses between arc excited ultrasonic emission and excited frequency was realized by the received signal from the acoustic to the ultrasonic spectrum. Both the resonance mechanism and the possible distribution of resonance frequency existing in the arc excited ultrasonic were discussed by means of a simplified model of a welding pool and the vibration equation, which may be a potential advantage for realizing flexible control of power ultrasound.
